Is there a wedding fee / wedding planner fee charged on top of the venue rental fee?

In case you are holding a venue at the villa with more people than those allowed, or involving vendors such as wedding planners, photographers, florist, musicians, there is an extra fee. This changes from a villa to another so please check with us for more details. You should take your own agreement with the wedding planners for any services or special request.

What is included in the fee of a wedding in Tuscany?

There aren't specific services included in the fee, just the possibility of using the villa with extra people and external professionals.

Can all services i.e. catering/drinks/music/photography be provided on site or will external vendors be required? Do you have a preferred list of external vendors?

We just rent the villa, so we are not able to provide such services, but they can easily be recommended by our wedding planners

Is there a minimum stay applicable to the accommodation/venue in Lucca/Tuscany?

There is a minimum stay which depends on the season. Most villas have a 7-days minimum stay during summer, and 4 days during low season.

Is venue rental for exclusive use?

Yes, the rental will be at your exclusive use.

Is music allowed? Till what time?

In this region music is allowed till midnight only.

Can you facilitate a civil ceremony at the venue?

Civil ceremonies by law must take place in buildings approved by the Italian government. However, there are some locations in our region where it is possible to hold a legally binding Marriage. A Civil Marriage Ceremony is generally performed in Italian by Mayor or civil registrar, with an official Interpreter. It is not possible to arrange a religious ceremony at the villa.

A moderate wedding in Tuscany for about 50 guests could cost anywhere from €20,000 to €50,000.However, if you opt for a more luxurious affair or have a larger guest list the cost may easily rise.
